40 year old woman, 5’3”, 118 lbs., breast implant revision, 36 C cup to 36 DD cup, Orange County, Ca

This patient had her original breast augmentation 16 year ago; she now wanted larger breasts. For this procedure her original McGhan smooth saline (315 cc on the right, 375 cc on the left) were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate plus profile smooth round silicone gel implants (700 cc on the right, 750 cc on the left.) These photos were taken 4 months after surgery; they still felt soft and natural.
