23 year old woman, 5’2″, 108 lbs, breast implant revision, Orange County, Ca

This patient had her original breast augmentation 5 years prior but her right implant had deflated and she wanted larger breasts. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast implant revision with removal of McGhan high profile 350 cc saline implants (right side was ruptured and left side was over-inflated) and placement of McGhan style 15 smooth walled silicone gel 533 cc implants placed under the muscle through incisions under her breast inframammary folds. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
