37 year old woman, 5’5”, 120 lbs, breastfed children, breast augmentation, Orange County, CA

This patient wanted a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her children. She started with a 34 A cup and wanted to be a 34 C cup. She wanted a natural teardrop shape and to look full on top, but not be bulging. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 375 cc implants placed under the muscle, through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
