27 year old woman, 5’2”, 117 lbs, breast augmentation, 34 B cup to full 34 C cup, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted fuller and more symmetric breasts. She started as 34 B cup and wanted to be a full C cup; she wanted her breasts to look youthful and have some volume on top. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that she was a candidate for a breast augmentation but would need two different sized implants since her right breast was a little larger than her left. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth silicone gel Mentor moderate profile plus implants (350 cc on the right, 375 cc on the left) placed under the muscle through incisions below her areolas. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
