This patient wanted to improve her breasts after having children; she started as a 34 B cup and wanted to be a 34 DD cup after surgery. She wanted her breasts to look natural but to have some volume on top. For this patient Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implants (450 cc on the right and 475 cc on the left) through incision under her breast folds. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
