36 year old woman, 5’4″, 135 lbs, 34 A to 34 D cup, breastfed children, breast augmentation, San Bernadino, Ca

This patient wanted a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her children to fill out her deflated breasts. She started as a 34 A cup and wanted to be a small D cup with fuller volume on top. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 500 cc moderate plus profile, smooth, round, silicone gel implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
