This patient wanted a breast augmentation at the age of 46 after breastfeeding her children. Se started as a 34 B cup and wanted to be a full 34 C cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 350 cc moderate plus profile smooth silicone gel implants. These implants were placed under the muscle through inferior areolar incisions. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
