31 year old woman, 5’1″, 106 lbs, breastfed children, breast augmentation, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted a breast augmentation at the age of 31 after breastfeeding her two children. She started as a 32 AA cup and wanted to be a 32 C cup. Her breasts were asymmetric, she would need two different implant sizes to compensate for the different breast sizes. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate plus profile smooth silicone implants with 450 cc on her right and 400 cc on her left. Her implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
