30 year old woman, 5’9”, 140 lbs, breast augmentation with lift, 38 B cup to full C cup, Los Angeles, Ca

This patient wanted fuller and perkier breasts after having children; she started as a 38 B cup and wanted to fill out a C cup. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that she would need a V mastopexy breast lift in order to have perkier breasts. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth wall gel implants (280 cc on the right and 360 cc on the left) placed under the muscle and a simultaneous V mastopexy lift. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
