35 year old woman, 5’5”, 130 lbs, breast augmentation with lift, 34 B cup to full C cup, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted fuller and more symmetric breasts after having children; she wore a 34 B cup and wanted to fill out a C cup. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that she would need a breast lift on her left breast in order for her breasts to be symmetric. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with round smooth wall silicone gel implants (460 cc on the right breast and 400 cc on the left breast,) the implants were placed under the muscle and he did a simultaneous V mastopexy lift on her left breast. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
