This patient wanted a Mommy Makeover at the age of 39 to get her body back to the way it was before having kids. She wanted to fill out her deflated breasts and to get rid of the pooch on her stomach. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (375 cc on the right, 350 cc on the left) placed under the muscle through incisions under her breast folds. She also had liposuction to her abdomen and waist and her C-section scar revised. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
