This patient was unhappy with her body after having children. She wanted fuller breasts that were a mix of fake and natural looking and a flatter stomach. She had a breast lift (full mastopexies) and breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth gel 400 cc implants placed under the muscle. She also had a full abdominoplasty with single musclofascial plication. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
