50 year old woman, 5’4”, 110 lbs, rhinoplasty, Orange County, Ca

This patient had previously had a rhinoplasty with a different doctor but was unhappy with the results; specifically she did not like that she still had a bulbous tip. At the age of 50 she came to Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach to have her nose revised. Dr. Anton did a secondary open rhinoplasty with osteotomies and cauterization of the inferior turbinates with outfracture. These photos were taken a month and a half after her surgery.
