This patient struggled with allergies, sinus infections, and overall breathing for most of her life. For this procedure she had an open septorhinoplasty with extensive septoplasty osteotomies and significant sculpting, realigning and suturing of lower cartilages. These photos were taken one month after her surgery, she was thrilled with her improved breathing and appearance.
