40 year old woman, 5’4”, 140 lbs, deviated septum, rhinoplasty, nose job, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted a rhinoplasty because she had a deviated septum and also did not like the look of her nose. She wanted the tip of her nose to have a “dramatic change.” Before surgery her septum was deviated to the right and she had septal spur turbinate reductions. For the procedure she had a closed septorhinoplasty with extensive remodeling/refining of very bulbous alar cartilages, osteotomies and septoplasty for right caudal deviation, small resection of caudal septum. This photo was taken 1 month after her surgery. She was very happy with the natural looking change in her appearance.
