37 year old woman, 5’2”, 112 lbs, otoplasty, ear surgery, Orange County, CA

This patient wanted her ears pinned back because it was starting to affect her daily living. She was “obsessed with how much the top sticks out.” She had a bilateral otoplasty (bilateral superior crus folding and right conchal bowl setback.) These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
