58 year old woman, botox, filler

This 58 year woman was heavily scarred from multiple radiation treatments post tonsil cancer. She wanted a treatment that would not only help with her scarring but improve her overall appearance. She had 2 syringes of Juvederm to her oral commissure, chin, and pre jowl sulcus. She also had Botox to her corrugator, crows’s feet, and forehead.
