64 year old male, 6’3”, 246 lbs, lower eyelid surgery, Los Angles County, CA

This patient wanted his eyes done at the age of 64 because the bags under his eyes bothered him. He had a bilateral lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery) with layering of medial central fat pad, lateral fat reduction, and closure septum. These photos were taken 1 month after his procedure. The patient was very happy with the results because his friends commented on his improved appearance but no one noticed that he had surgery.
