38 year old woman, 5’2”, 135 lbs. breast reduction, Orange County, Ca

This patient was tired of having large breasts; she tried to hide them daily and had a lot of neck and back pain. She had lost weight and tried physical therapy but nothing relieved the pain from her large breasts. She came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach to have a breast reduction; she was hoping to reduce her 34 DDD cup bra size to a 34 D cup. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast reduction with liposuction to her lateral chest. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
