This patient wanted smaller breasts, her breasts had always felt large and uncomfortable and they gave her back, shoulder, and neck pain. She started with a 38 F cup and wanted to be a full 38 C cup or full 38 D cup. She had a bilateral breast reduction with 440 grams removed from her right breast and 360 grams removed from her left breast. These photos were taken two months after her surgery.
