This patient had a breast augmentation 15 years before and came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her left breast implant had ruptured. She was overall happy with her breasts but since she had to have surgery she decided to go a little bigger. Dr. Anton removed her original MCghan 240 cc saline implants and replaced them with Mentor Moderate Plus Profile 300 cc silicone gel smooth implants through IMF incisions which are hidden in the breast fold. These photos were taken 10 months after her surgery.
