41 year old woman, 5’2”, 120 lbs, breast implant revision, implant rupture, 34 C cup to small 34 D cup, Orange County, Ca

This patient had her original breast augmentation 20 years prior and came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her right implant had ruptured. For this surgery she wanted her breasts to be a little bigger but to also look more natural. She started as a 34 C cup and wanted to be a 34 small D cup after surgery. Anton removed her original McGhann 330 cc textured silicone gel filled implants (right side ruptured, left side intact) and exchanged them for Mentor moderate profile plus silicone gel smooth round 500 cc implants. He did significant work to her both of her capsules and a suture/cautery fixation to her right side. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
