This patient had her original breast augmentation 10 years prior and was unhappy with the scars, size, and shape. She wore a 34 B cup and wanted to be a 34 C cup, she also wanted smaller nipples. For this procedure she had a bilateral removal of her 305 cc saline implants that were on top of the muscle and a reaugmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 550 cc implant placed under the muscle. She also had a bilateral nipple reduction. These photos were taken 11 months after her surgery.
