This patient had her original breast augmentation 7 years prior, she now wanted her breasts perkier but to stay around the same volume. For this procedure her original McGhan style 14 silicone gel 220 cc implants were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 225 cc implants with a simultaneous T mastopexy lift and suture cautery fixation. These photos were taken 3 years after here surgery.
