This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her right breast implant had ruptured. She also wanted Dr. Mark Anton to make her breasts perkier and little smaller. Dr. Anton removed her original implants (right side was ruptured) and replaced them with smooth silicone gel 450 cc implants under her muscle. Dr. Anton also did a full lift to make her breasts tighter and perkier, giving her a more youthful appearance. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery, her scars should continue to fade with time.
