This patient had her original breast augmentation seven years prior. After her breast augmentation she breast fed multiple children, she now wanted her breasts to be smaller and perkier and for her nipples to be smaller as well. For this procedure her original silicone 450 cc implants were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (450 cc on the right, 375 cc on the left). She also had a full mastopexy lift and a nipple reduction on both breasts. These photos were taken 6 weeks after her surgery.
