This patient had a breast augmentation 15 years ago but felt that her breasts were now too large; she wore a 32 F cup and wanted to be a full 32 C. In order to go down in size this patient needed a breast lift to tighten up her skin envelope. For this procedure she had a bilateral implant revision, her smooth gel McGahn implants (400 cc on the right, 360 cc on the left) were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (200 cc on the right, 225 cc on the left.) She also had a full mastopexy lift. The photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
