This 39 year old woman came to see Dr. Mark Anton, a Newport Beach breast surgeon for a natural breast augmentation.She was 5’10” and 135 lbs.; she wore a 34 A cup and wanted to be a full 34 B cup after surgery. She wanted her breasts to look natural and to fit her athletic frame. Dr. Anton did an under the muscle breast augmentation with 210 cc silicone gel implants through IMF incisions. Since she had thin skin, Dr. Anton used the “Allergan Natrelle Inspira Cohesive” implants to minimize her chances of showing rippling. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
