35 year old woman, 5’1″, 102 lbs, breastfed children, 32 A cup to 32 C cup, breast augmentation, crescent lift, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted a breast augmentation to fill out her deflated breasts after breastfeeding. She started as 32 A cup and wanted to be a full C cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 300 cc moderate plus profile, smooth, round, silicone gel implants. Her left nipple areolar complex was lower than her right so she also had a crescent mastopexy (breast lift) on her left breast to raise the left to match the right. The implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
