This patient started as a 32 B cup and wanted larger breasts that were larger but still natural and athletic looking. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 275 cc moderate plus profile, smooth, round, silicone gel implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
