This patient wore a 34 D cup bra but her breasts had dropped after having children. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach suggested a breast lift with implants to give her the perkier but natural looking breasts she desired. Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth silicone gel implant (275 cc on the right, 200 cc on the left) placed under the muscle with a full mastopexy lift. He also removed 125 grams of tissue from each breast and did liposuction to her chest to optimize the shape of her breasts. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
