This patient wanted to improve her breasts after breastfeeding her children. She wanted to fill out her deflated breasts and to be a 34 D cup. She wanted her breasts to look natural but to also have improved cleavage and more volume on top. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 400 cc implants placed under the muscle with a full mastopexy breast lift. This photo was taken 1 year after her surgery. Her scars healed beautifully with time.
