This patient was unhappy with her body after having children. She wanted perkier breasts but did not want to have implants. She understood that the implants would give her breasts a better shape but that was not a priority for her. She had a full mastopexy breast lift with internal suturing and raising of her breast tissue. She also had a full abdominoplasty with triple muscolofascial plication. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
