This patient wanted a Mommy makeover at the age of 36 to get her body back to the way it looked before she had kids. She was a 34 B cup and desired to be a full 34 C cup or small 34 D cup. She was a candidate for a full breast lift but did not want the scars associated with that procedure. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel implants 400 cc on her right breast and 375 cc on her left breast, the implants were placed under the muscle. She also had a circumareolar mastopexy or doughnut lift which gave her breasts a small lift. She also had a modified abdominoplasty with single muscle plication, because she did not have a lot of skin to be removed she was able to have a smaller incision. This photo was taken five months after her surgery.
