This patient wanted a mommy makeover at the age of 48 to tighten her stomach muscles and fill out her deflated breasts after having children. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 400 cc implants placed under the muscle through incisions under her breast folds. She also had a modified abdominoplasty with triple plication and liposuction to her abdomen and waist. Because she did not have a lot of excess skin she was able to have a shorter and lower incision. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
