This patient came to Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she wanted larger but natural looking breasts. She started as a 34 A cup and wanted to be a 34 C cup; she wanted to her breast to have a natural slope and improved cleavage. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth silicone gel 375 cc implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through inframammary fold incisions which are hidden under her breasts. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
