This 58 year old woman came to see Dr. Mark Anton a Newport Beach board certified plastic surgeon because she wanted something simple done to make her face look more refreshed. Dr. Anton suggested she try Botox to raise her brows and an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin from her upper eyelids. The Botox was injected in the office to her corrugator muscle, forehead, and crows feet to improve her wrinkles and to lift her brows. In surgery Dr. Anton removed the excess skin from her eyelids, hiding the scars in her eyelid crease. This combination treatment opened up her eyes more and helped her look less tired.
