A 51-year-old woman from Los Angeles traveled to Newport Beach, California, for a comprehensive facial rejuvenation procedure. She underwent a quad blepharoplasty to address sagging eyelids and under-eye bags, along with liposuction to target the lateral nasolabial folds, jowls, and neck for a more sculpted profile. To further enhance her features, she had fat transfer mixed with PRF gel to her cheeks and lateral chin, adding volume and smoothness for a youthful lift.
