THE PATIENT
This patient was experiencing mild capsular contracture and also desired a larger implant size. She exchanged her 350cc implants for 450cc implants and underwent bilateral crescent lifts. The revision not only addressed the contracture but also enhanced breast shape and fullness, giving her a more balanced, refreshed look.
