28 year old woman, 5’2”, 98 lbs, breast implant revision, capsular contracture, Orange County, Ca

This patient had her original breast augmentation 4 years prior; she came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her breasts were hard and too small. Dr. Anton determined that she had capsular contracture on both of her breasts and that her muscle had been detached too far. Dr. Anton removed her original McGhan smooth saline high profile 345 cc implants and replaced them with smooth gel Mentor moderate profile plus 450 cc implants. Dr. Anton did extensive work to her capsules, placed a Gore-Tex graft to increase the thickness, and repaired her muscle. These photos were taken a month and a half after her surgery.
