44 year old woman, 5’6”, 140 lbs, breastfed children, breast lift, San Diego County, Ca

This patient was unhappy with how low her breasts hung after breastfeeding her children. She wanted to stay a 36 C cup but have her breasts lifted higher. She had never had breast surgery; she wanted a natural looking breast and did not want to look too full on top. For this procedure she had a bilateral mastopexy breast lift without implants. These photos were taken 4 years after her surgery.
