This patient had always had large breasts; she started as a 40 DDD cup and wanted to be a D cup. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach did a bilateral breast reduction with 95 grams removed from each breast and liposuction to her lateral chest. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
