This patient had a breast augmentation 12 years prior, she now felt that her breasts were too large and did not want implants anymore. For this procedure her 240 cc smooth saline implants were removed with a simultaneous full breast lift and liposuction to her lateral breasts and chest. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
