THE PATIENT

40 year old woman, 5’7”, 133 lbs, breast lift, Orange County, Ca, breastfed children

This patient wanted perkier breasts but did not want implants. She understood that her breasts would not have as nice of a shape without the impants but that was not a priority for her. She had a bilateral full mastopexy lift with 60 cc of filtered fat transferred to each superior breast pole (strip of tissue removed along each inframammary fold, right breast 20 grams, left breast 30 grams.)These photos were taken 7 months after her procedure.
