50 year old, 5’3”, 108 lbs, breast revision with lift, Newport Beach, CA
This patient wanted a smaller, more refined look and was particularly bothered by the size of her areolas. One of her previous implants had ruptured, and she no longer felt comfortable with the volume or shape.
Dr. Anton removed the existing implants, including a ruptured 415 cc implant on the right and an intact 450 cc on the left. New 240 cc smooth gel Allergan Natrelle implants were placed, along with a full breast lift. Liposuction to the sides of the breasts and chest helped create a more proportionate and balanced appearance.
