46 year old, 5’6”, 138 lbs, breast revision with lift, San Clemente, CA
This patient originally went from a 34 D to a 34 DDD and felt her previous implants were too large. Her goal was to achieve a full 34 D with a more refined and lifted appearance.
Dr. Anton removed the prior implants, one of which was ruptured, and placed new smooth gel Allergan Natrelle implants – 405 cc on the right and 375 cc on the left. He also performed internal tightening and removed tissue from the lower breast area (25 grams on the right and 55 grams on the left) to help reduce volume and improve symmetry.
