This patient wanted to go smaller and achieve a more lifted appearance after a previous breast augmentation.
Dr. Anton removed the existing implants, performed internal tightening and reshaping, and placed new smooth gel Allergan Natrelle implants — 420 cc on the right and 430 cc on the left. A full breast lift was also performed, with 25 grams of tissue removed from the right breast and 35 grams from the left to improve symmetry and shape.
