58 year old, 5’5”, 130 lbs, implant exchange with lift, Newport Beach, CA
This patient came in after experiencing deflation of her left saline implant and wanted to restore volume and improve the overall shape of her breasts.
Dr. Anton removed the previous implants, tightened the internal tissue, and placed Allergan Natrelle smooth gel implants, 310 cc on the right and 330 cc on the left. A full breast lift was also performed, with small amounts of tissue removed from each breast, 27 grams on the right and 23 grams on the left, to refine symmetry and shape.
