This patient had 2 previous breast surgeries and came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her right implant had ruptured. She wanted her breasts to be much smaller and perkier; she considered removing her implants all together since she no longer wanted large breasts. Dr. Anton recommended for her to switch to a smaller implant and remove more breast tissue because an implant would help her breasts have a better shape. Dr. Anton removed her original 325 cc implants that were on top of the muscle and replaced them with 175 cc Mentor moderate profile plus smooth 175cc silicone gel implants under the muscle. He also did a full mastopexy lift and liposuction to help reduce the volume and tighten the skin envelope. These photos were taken a month and a half after her surgery.
