This patient had 4 previous breast surgeries; after every surgery her breasts got hard so eventually she had her implants taken out. She was still very self-conscious of her breasts and wanted to try implants one last time. For this procedure she had a bilateral re-augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 175 cc implants with a circumareolar lift and axillary liposuction. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery. The patient couldn’t be happier; her breasts for the first time have felt soft and natural.
